Expanded polystyrene work

We offer wide range of expanded polystyrene works. We use white polystyrene EPS70 in the weight 14kg/m3. Upon agreement we can also use other weight types or grey colour polystyrene.

Expanded polystyrene can be used for producing many types of products and decorations for use in film industry, advertising, exhibitions, or for decorators, and tool-men, and in other fields.

All polystyrene products can be can be surfaced by laminating, decorating, painting, spattering, flocking, PU layer coating, sandstone imitation, and other surface types, or upholstering.

We use mainly the following techniques:

Wire cutting

Lathe-turning

Sculptural methods

It is further possible to produce difficult compound shapes by milling and other technologies.
